Employee match program

We support the causes our people are passionate about and deepen their impact. Whether mentoring a student or biking to cure MS, we match employees' time and/or money donated to registered non-profits up to $10,000 annually.

Employee hardship fund

When life doesn’t go according to plan or tragedy strikes, we support our employees and their families. The C.H. Robinson employee hardship fund provides financial assistance to employees in need. This fund is meaningful for recipients and contributors alike.

Scholarship program

By promoting educational advancement for employees, contract carriers, and their dependents, we help individuals reach their goals. Administered by Scholarship America, applications are accepted January through February each year.

Through strategic grants, we support Girls Who Code, Truckers Against Trafficking, St. Christopher’s Fund, Women in Trucking, NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund, YWCA, National Urban League, and more.
