C.H. Robinson Employee Hardship Fund

The C.H. Robinson Employee Hardship Fund was established to assist our employees financially in a time of need. When tragedy strikes or crisis is unavoidable, our employees come together to help each other in a meaningful way.

The Fund is supported by individual donations from employees and the C.H. Robinson Foundation. If you'd like to become a supporter, please donate today. Every contribution helps and when combined with the donations from our Foundation and others, we can provide the help your colleague needs when they're facing an unexpected burden. Every dollar in this Fund will go to a C.H. Robinson employee.

Regular full-time employees (20+ hours/week) with a minimum of one year employment are eligible to apply for a grant up to $1,000. Applications are strictly confidential and considered externally through the Minneapolis Foundation.
