You will need an accurate phone number in order to use the Navisphere carrier app.
Ensuring the phone number associated with your account is accurate and up to date is crucial.
Without a correct and verified phone number, active loads will not be shown and your loads will not be tracked. You can check.
Check the accuracy of the phone number by visiting the account tab at the bottom of your screen.
Select update phone number and confirm that the phone number, email, and driver name is correct.
If you need to make changes, tap change, then enter the correct phone number and save.
You'll be prompted to verify your phone number using a one-time passcode that you'll receive via SMS.
In many cases, your device will suggest the code without you needing to leave the Navisphere carrier app.
Tapping it will add it into the text box without manually typing it in.
If the prompt does not appear, you may need to manually type it in.
If you do not receive a text with the code within one minute, you may hit resend SMS to generate a new code for verification.
Once the code is entered, tap verify to complete setup.
