Q: Where can I find my Navisphere order tracking number?

Your 15-character tracking number is available in a variety of places:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipment notifications
  • ‘Tracking Info’ section of the ‘Order Details’ page in Navisphere 2.0

Q: What can I do if I don’t have a Navisphere account or I am having trouble logging in?

If you do not have a Navisphere account, contact us to sign up. If you have a Navisphere account and can’t remember your password or are locked out from your account, you can receive a reset email by clicking on the link on the log in page.

Q: How can I find more information about my shipment?

Log into your Navisphere or Navisphere 2.0 account.

In Navisphere 2.0, you can access complete shipment information from the “Tracking” dropdown in the top menu. Select “Search,” then choose a shipment and view the “Order Details” page.

Q: Can I share my Navisphere order tracking number?

Yes! When logged into Navisphere 2.0, you can email tracking numbers either from your initial order confirmation or at any time using the “Order Details” page.

  • If sharing from the order confirmation screen, select “Email Tracking #.”
  • If sharing from the “Order Details” page, select “Share” in the “Tracking Info” section.
Both options will request an email address for the recipient(s). Share with multiple contacts by separating email addresses with a semi-colon. You will also include a custom message with the tracking number.

Q: Why is my Navisphere order tracking number not working?

At this time, only surface transportation shipments in North America moved by C.H. Robinson are trackable without logging in. To track shipments managed by TMC, those that use global services (e.g., air or ocean), or if you continue to receive an error message, log into Navisphere.

Q: How can I track my shipment if I don’t have a Navisphere order tracking number?
