1) After picking up a load

Open the load details within "My Loads" and tap the available cash advance listed under the rate.

2) Select how you'd like to receive your advance

• T-Chek code (retrieved from a T-Chek location).
• LoadPay^TM: Automatically deposited into your LoadPay bank account (Sign up for free)
• C.H. Robinson Fuel Card: Deposit to your self-funded or payment-funded debit card (Learn more)

Once this is done, enter the amount you'd like (up to 60% of total) in the "Request Amount" box and tap continue.

3) View amount requested

You will now see the amount requested along with the transaction fee. Proceed by tapping the submit button.

4) Complete required verification

A six digit passcode will be emailed to the main contact's email address on the account. Enter the six digit code and tap submit. 

5) Get your cash advance

If you selected T-Chek, you will be shown a code which can be entered at any T-Chek location to receive your payment. If you selected LoadPay, the money will arrive in your LoadPay bank account within minutes. See demo of that here.
