Recover Your Navisphere® Carrier Username
If it has been a while since you logged into the Navisphere Carrier or you cannot remember your username, follow these steps to reset your username.
NOTE: Usernames and passwords can only be recovered from the Navisphere Carrier Web version. The app does not offer this feature.
Before You Begin
These instructions are for existing carriers. If you are not signed up to haul with C.H. Robinson, please complete the carrier registration process.
How To
1.) Go to https://www.navisphere.com/login and click Forgot Username.
2.) Enter the email address and T-code associated with the account, and then click Submit.
NOTE: The Email field is case-sensitive.
3.) You will receive an email with your username.
