Follow this step-by-step guide to post your trucks in Navisphere Carrier.

Step 1: Log In to Navisphere Carrier
Login to www.navispherecarrier.com from any device.

Step 2: Access the Truck Posting Section
Once logged in, click the Post Trucks tab in the navigation bar.

 

Step 3: Add a New Truck Posting
Click or tap the “Post Truck” button to start a new posting. Fill in the required details about your truck. The typical information you need to provide includes origin and destination, truck type (e.g., Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed), trailer information, and dates. Once complete, click or tap “Post Truck”.

 

Step 4: Review and Submit Your Posting
Double-check all the entered information to ensure accuracy. If you need to update or delete a posted truck, click the three dots in the upper right corner of each box.

 

Step 5: Respond to Load Offers
You’ll receive notifications of freight that matches your posted truck(s) when it hits our system by email or text message (if you’ve opted in). If you want to be able to book loads as soon as possible, be sure to opt in to SMS and respond to messages promptly.

Step 1: Log In to Navisphere Carrier
Open the Navisphere Carrier mobile app from your smartphone.

 

 

Step 2: Tap the account tab on the bottom navigation.
Once logged in, tap the account tab on the bottom right of the navigation bar.

Step 3: Tap Post Trucks
Under the “Account” section, tap “Post Trucks” to begin.

 

Step 4: Add a new truck posting
To get started, tap the “Add” button in the top right corner and then start entering your information, including truck origin, destination (this is needed), pickup date, equipment type, capacity, and length.

 

Step 5: Review and Submit Your Posting
Once all the information is filled out, tap “Save” in the upper right corner and if all the required fields are complete, you’ll see a green check mark with the words “Truck Posted” underneath. From there, simply click the X in the top left corner and you’ve successfully posted a truck.
