Your CHR tracking number is available in a variety of places:

  1. Email order confirmation (example shown)
  2. Shipment notifications

Q: What is the difference between order tracking and shipment tracking?

Your CHR shipment tracking number will be in a hexadecimal format. It consists of 16 symbols, including numbers 0 to 9 and lower case letters a–f.

Your CHR order tracking number (also known as Navisphere® order tracking number) will be in an alphanumeric format. It consists of 15 digits, mixing capital letters and numerals.

Q: Can I share my CHR tracking number?

Yes! When logged into Navisphere 2.0, you can email tracking numbers either from your initial order confirmation or at any time using the “Order Details” page.

  • If sharing from the order confirmation screen, select “Email Tracking #.”
  • If sharing from the “Order Details” page, select the blue “Share” icon next to the CHR tracking number .
Both options will request an email address for the recipient(s). Share with multiple contacts by separating email addresses with a semi-colon. You can also include a custom message with the share CHR tracking number feature.

Q: How can I track my order or shipment if I don’t have a CHR tracking number?

If you do not have a tracking number, get your tracking information by logging into Navisphere.

Q: What can I do if I don’t have a Navisphere account or I am having trouble logging in?

If you do not have a Navisphere account, contact us to sign up. If you have a Navisphere account and can’t remember your password or are locked out from your account, you can receive a reset email by clicking on the link on the log in page.

Q: How can I reset my Navisphere password?

  1. Enter your email and select “Next”.
  2. Select “Forgot password?
  3. Enter email associated with your Navisphere account and select “Reset via Email."
  4. From your email, select the reset your password link. You will be redirected to a page to create a new password.
  5. Create a new password the meets the validation requirements.
  6. Complete the process by selecting "Reset Password" and proceed to log in.
