Sign up to haul for C.H. Robinson through Highway—a streamlined registration process designed to get you on the road faster. Click here to get started. Simply follow the prompts, which will explain what documents you need to get set up as a contract carrier.

Once you complete the registration and Highway receives your certificate of insurance directly from your insurance agent, your application will move into final review. Please note: Activation is not always immediate. Our onboarding team carefully reviews each submission, and processing can take 1-2 business days after all required documents are received.

Once your review is complete and approved, you will receive a final notification confirming you are eligible to begin working with C.H. Robinson.

Creating a Navisphere Carrier account is quick and easy. Simply fill out the details on the registration page and hit submit. Once approved, you’re all set to find, offer, book, haul and get paid on loads. Navisphere Carrier supports your business wherever you are with more loads than any other provider in North America.

If you haven’t registered for an account yet, you’ll need to first create one by registering your email here. If you have an existing account, you can reset your password by using the Forgot Password option on the login page and receive guided instructions to reset via email.

La aplicación Navisphere Carrier  le brinda el poder de encontrar la carga que desea, hacer ofertas y reservar al instante. Para empezar, seleccione "Buscar cargas". Aparecen todas las cargas disponibles en un radio de 100 millas en una lista. Para obtener más información, de clic en cualquier parte de esa carga para ver detalles adicionales. Si le gusta una carga, de clic enreservar y luego simplemente asigne un operador, número de unidad y remolque y luego "Reservar carga" para completar.

¿Le interesa una carga y quiere hacer una oferta? Seleccione "Hacer una oferta" para proponer una nueva tarifa. Recibirá una respuesta en cuestión de segundos. You can always see the loads you booked by tapping the “My Loads” screen in the Navisphere Carrier app and filter by three statuses: booked, assigned, and in transit. If you don't see these options, just tap the eye icon. If you'd rather see the loads on the map, just hit the map icon. Select any combination to see corresponding loads on the map. For example: with booked selected zoom in or select the location icons to see more details about your loads in that area. The list icon will take you back to the list view anytime. Para mayor flexibilidad, ofrecemos una opción de seguimiento rápido a través de nuestra aplicación Navisphere Carrier. También puede enviar actualizaciones de seguimiento mediante conexiones EDI o API, dependiendo de la configuración de su sistema.

Hay varios motivos por los cuales no se haya efectuado el pago de una carga. Los motivos más comunes son los siguientes:

• Faltan documentos o hay documentos que son ilegibles.
• El número de carga no está escrito en todos los documentos recibidos.
• Hay un número de carga incorrecto escrito en todos los documentos recibidos.
• No se ha firmado el conocimiento de embarque (BOL).
• Se indican problemas de daños/menor cantidad en el BOL; en este caso, su representante de cargas tendrá que aprobar el pago después de evaluar la situación.
• Falta la factura del transportista; una confirmación de carga no es una factura aceptable; la factura debe incluir el número de carga, el saldo adeudado y su número de identificación de transportista.

Se espera que los transportistas bajo contrato de C.H. Robinson proporcionen actualizaciones digitales de seguimiento y rastreo en los siguientes plazos durante la vida útil de una carga.

• Pre-Recolección y Pre-entrega : 4 y 2 horas antes de la llegada del operador. Si el operador llega tarde, necesitamos una actualización 4 y 2 horas antes de la hora de cierre de la cita.
• Notificaciones en tránsito: cada 4 horas en tránsito
• Notificaciones de llegada: 30 minutos después de la llegada; 30 minutos después de la partida.
