At C.H. Robinson, we believe in empowering ambitious, curious minds and making education accessible to all. Today, we’re excited to announce our 2025 C.H. Robinson Foundation Scholarship recipients.
In support of the truck-driving community and our employees, the C.H. Robinson Foundation has awarded $250,000 in scholarships—at $5,000 each—to 25 contract carriers or their dependents and 25 C.H. Robinson employees or their dependents. Meet this year’s talented recipients.
Here’s what some of this year’s scholarship recipients shared about the impact of this award:
“This scholarship would ease the financial burden of my education, allowing me to fully dedicate myself to learning and research. It represents more than support — it is a vote of confidence in my dream to become a physician.”
“This scholarship will allow me to focus fully on my Senior Thesis and my community leadership roles… …rather than working two jobs.”
“This scholarship will assist me in achieving my academic/career goals by lessening the financial burden my education has placed on my family…. … and will allow me to better focus on what truly matters — learning.”
Scholarship recipients are selected based on academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, work experience, and educational and career goals and objectives. Scholarship America, a neutral third party, manages the award selection process.
Since 2013, the C.H. Robinson Foundation has awarded $1.35 million in scholarships to 440 scholars. The C.H. Robinson Foundation Scholarship Program is just one of the many ways that C.H. Robinson and the C.H. Robinson Foundation supports organizations and causes that help our people, carriers, and communities succeed and thrive. Other initiatives include:
- Appreciation Events: Annual Carrier of the Year Awards program recognizes outstanding carriers with an in-person ceremony and giveaways at C.H. Robinson’s headquarters. The Company also actively participates in Truck Driver Appreciation Week to recognize the truck driving community.
- A loyalty program: Carrier Advantage Program offers expanded benefits to top-performing carriers, providing access to the most freight with better payment terms.
- Customized technology: Suite of solutions enable carriers to instantly bid on and book freight, manage drivers and equipment, automate tracking updates, and get paid – anytime, anywhere.
- Financial services: Digital cash advance lets carriers get 60% of their payment instantly after picking up a load, Factoring powered by Delta together with LoadPay helps carriers get paid in minutes, compared to the standard 20, and a consistent stream of innovations continue to speed up processing, automate back-office tasks, and reduce fraud.
- C.H. Robinson Foundation grant programs: The C.H. Robinson Foundation contributes to organizations doing meaningful work—that’s what moves us. We make a positive impact on our people, communities, industry, and planet through charitable donations and program support.
- Global employee match program: We support the causes our people are passionate about and help deepen their impact. Whether mentoring a student, stocking food shelves, or biking to cure MS, we match each employees’ time and giving to qualified nonprofits, up to $10,000 annually.
