A court has struck down U.S. IEEPA tariffs, ruling that the administration cannot use a national emergency declaration to impose them. While the administration filed a notice of appeal, no details have been released on next steps. As of now, the 10% reciprocal tariffs are still in effect, as are tariffs on imports from China, Canada, and Mexico related to drug trafficking. Our teams are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
