On December 16, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced an upcoming webinar that will provide an overview of the new requirements for Continuing Education and the opportunities to earn credits as the program rolls out. CBP recently announced all licensed customs brokers are required to maintain 12 continuing education (CE) credits per year or 36 credits per triennial reporting period. CBP prorated the credits to 20 CE for the 2027 triennial reporting period.
