The C.H. Robinson Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) entries will have an Entrant (as defined below) and a Submitting Authorized Representative (as defined below). An Entrant is defined as an active C.H. Robinson contracted carrier company. Submitting Authorized Representative (“Representative”) is an employee of a Contract Carrier Company that is booking loads. The Representative must have a current Navisphere account/profile connected to the Entrant before submitting an entry on their behalf. Owner-operators could be both an Entrant and a Representative. Only the winning Entrant will receive a prize.

ELIGIBILITY/SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes is open only to C.H. Robinson existing contracted carrier companies in good standing and prospective carriers in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), and Mexico or carriers from the aforementioned jurisdictions who complete the onboarding process with C.H. Robinson during the Sweepstakes Period. Carriers can register at navispherecarrier.com or the Navisphere Carrier app for a C.H. Robinson account to become a C.H. Robinson contract carrier company. There is no cost to sign up.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on September 11, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. CT on September 23, 2022 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries must be submitted by a Representative who is a resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), or Mexico, and is at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. A Representative is not eligible to enter on his/her own behalf, except if they are an owner-operator. Only the Entrant is eligible to win a prize. Void outside the eligible Sweepstakes territory, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of C.H. Robinson (“Sponsor”) and its “Promotional Participants” (i.e., affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers involved in this Sweepstakes) and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, bother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not) are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial/territorial, and local laws and regulations apply. This is a trade Sweepstakes and is not open to the general public.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant and its Representative(s) fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes Period consists of ten (10) daily Drawing Periods as defined in the chart below. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. An eligible Representative must book and ensure pick up of an eligible load to receive one (1) entry for the applicable Drawing Period. An eligible load is defined as a North America Power Only, Temp Control, Flatbed, Bulk, and Dry Van excluding Less Than Truck Load (LTL) and can be booked via Navispherecarrier.com or the Navisphere Carrier app, Navisphere automated bookings or by phoning or emailing your C.H. Robinson account Rep. An eligible Entrant may also receive one (1) entry for each eligible load type, known as North American drayage, if it is picked up during the applicable drawing period by a Representative.

To receive five (5) additional entries on just one load during the Sweepstakes Period: Entrants in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia: can sign up for the C.H. Robinson SMS texting program after booking a load. Full Terms and Conditions for C.H. Limit of five (5) additional entries per Entrant, upon load pickup, throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Standard messaging and data rates apply to each text message sent or received. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. An entrant may, at any time, choose to stop receiving texts by sending an opt-out text message stating “STOP” to 71277. If an entrant sends an opt-out text message, he/she will be sent a reply text message, which will confirm that he/she has been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages. Entrants in Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), and Mexico can validate their information in the C.H. Robinson communication preference center (https://pages.e.chrobinson.com/chr-preference-carriers.html) by clicking link to preference center in a post-booking email. Limit of five (5) additional entries per Entrant, upon load pickup, throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

RANDOM DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in daily random drawings at approximately 3:00:00 PM CT on each of the drawing dates listed in the chart below, from among all eligible entries received each Drawing Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of the end of each corresponding Drawing Period. Non-winning entries will carry forward to the next Drawing Period, if any. The Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, will conduct the drawings at their office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Potential Entrant prize winners will be notified by the Administrator using the primary email on the Entrant’s account. Potential Prize winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) business days (specified date and time will be listed in notification). If a potential Prize winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, is disqualified or forfeits Prize for any reason, declines to accept the Prize, or if the Prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternate Entrant who will also be selected randomly from all remaining non-winning entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, time permitting, even if the disqualified potential Prize winner’s name may have been publicly announced. Limit one (1) prize per Entrant. Residents of Mexico that win a prize, will have to previously answer a skilled-based question applied by the Sponsor discretionally.

Residents of Canada and Mexico, please note: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants his/her consent to transfer his/her personal data to the United States for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and consent for his/her personal information to be transmitted, stored, and processed in jurisdictions outside of Canada and Mexico that may not have the same protections as Canada or Mexico. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to access requests by governments and law enforcement in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that their information may be used for the following purposes and have the following consequences: (A) to administer the Sweepstakes, including without limitation to contact Entrant regarding the Sweepstakes; (B) to publish an Entrant’s name in a Winners List, if they should win; and (C) if an Entrant selects to receive additional information, to send additional information to that Entrant. Entrants have the right to access, withdraw and correct their personal data, excluding corporate information C.H. Robinson may need for its business, at any time. ONE HUNDRED (100) PRIZES, (TEN (10) PER DAY) AN APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Each prize is $1,000.00 USD in VISA gift cards, (awarded as two (2) $500 USD VISA gift cards). ARV: $1,000.00 USD (approximately $1,313.00 CAD) each prize package. For the Sweepstakes duration Total Prizes: $100,000.00 USD. Prize consists of only the item specifically listed as the Prize. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Gift cards are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the listed Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, provincial/territorial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

GENERAL RULES: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and Representatives agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Promotional Participants, their parent companies, joint ventures, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, prize providers, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and the officers, directors and employees of them (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to: (a) interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone, computer hardware, software and other technical failures of any kind, including, unauthorized human intervention, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; incorrect announcements of any kind; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible or misdirected entries, entries not received by the entry deadline; (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from Entrant’s or Representative’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Entrants and Representatives further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrants and Representatives waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If for any reason an Entrant’s/Representative’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s/Representative’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if it is possible. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners’ name and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

NAVISPHERE® DRIVER MOBILE APP: Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible, non-delivered, misdirected, stolen entries or entries not received by entry deadline; or for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, Representatives, printing errors or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; or for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted, disconnections or unavailable network, satellite, telephone networks or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer online systems, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite, or cable transmissions, lines or other technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, electronic or network, including, without limitation, any errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes -related materials; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Any use of the Navisphere Driver App, navispherecarrier.com, or any other Sponsor platform is regulated by Terms of Use found at https://www.chrobinson.com/en-us/terms-of-use/. You may not attempt, or authorize, encourage, or support others’ attempts, to circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, break or otherwise alter or interfere with the Service. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR APP OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor reserves the right, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy or adversely impact the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Promotional Participants, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online, and the outstanding drawing(s), if any, will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.

The failure of the Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, outbreak, terrorism, act of public enemies, or actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

PLEASE NOTE: It is each Representatives and Entrants’ sole responsibility to review and understand their employer’s policies regarding their eligibility to participate in trade promotions. Sponsor disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an employee and their employer related to participation in this Sweepstakes.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT/REPRESENTATIVE BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT/REPRESENTATIVE HEREBY WAIVE, ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT, SHALL SPONSOR OR THE PROMOTIONAL PARTICIPANTS BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT, REPRESENTATIVE OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO ANY INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
