Yes. A contract update will be required. Most carriers have already completed this step, but if you haven’t yet, an update will be needed. Becoming a C.H. Robinson carrier unlocks access to a broader range of freight options and deeper integration with our network, giving you more flexibility and growth potential. It also streamlines the carrier contract process—carriers will now have one standardized contract format across both companies, simplifying compliance and reducing administrative burden.
