No. TMC operates independently with intentional and measurable separation from the capacity teams at C.H. Robinson. Our commitment to keep data separate and confidential is part of our standard contract language.

No. Our unbiased approach offers no favorability or advantages toward C.H. Robinson.

TMC offers a carrier-agnostic platform that has a secure firewall separating all customer and carrier data from C.H. Robinson employees and platforms. This provides a level playing field for all carriers—whether it’s C.H. Robinson or a competitor.

Q: How does TMC support data confidentiality, security, and neutrality?

In addition to digital security protocols, TMC continues to physically operate separately. Our TMC-dedicated global offices and leadership team remain the same.

Audited and certified annually by a third party, our data confidentiality controls and system firewalls keep information separate and rate data protected. The results of our latest annual Service Organization Control (SOC) audit will be provided upon request.
