This position is located in Voorhees, New Jersey and offers a hybrid schedule. At C.H. Robinson, we’re firm believers in the power of in-person collaboration to fuel innovation and propel success. With the flexibility for remote work one day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Facilitate communication with transportation teams to ensure the efficient pick-up and delivery of goods
Collaborate with service centers and 3PLs to coordinate daily activities, manage inventory, and execute orders
Engage directly with growers, vendors, retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers to align on program strategies
Communicates directly with customers and suppliers regarding inventory pricing and strategy
Manage customer inventory by collecting, verifying, inputting, and reconciling data
Utilize various software programs to forecast and manage inventory and customer needs across multiple service centers
Optimize truck loading for efficiency and safety
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Pricing Agreements while supporting customer processes for consistent service delivery
Establish and nurture relationships internally and externally to share knowledge and uphold high service standards
Adapt to market changes and monitor weather conditions to inform strategic supply chain decisions
Contribute to employee training and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
High School Degree or GED
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Solid relationship building skills with customers, growers, and internal teams
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make moderate to complex data-driven decisions
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, sometimes out of normal business hours
Strong attention to detail with high standards for work; a customer service mindset
Ability to think creatively and strategically to resolve moderately complex issues in a timely manner

Compensation Range
