DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Follow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identified
Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed
Run, format, or distribute reports to provide data for various analytical projects
Identify invoicing errors and discrepancies
Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to review error reports monthly
Analyze current accounts payables and receivables to identify payment discrepancies
Contribute to projects that utilize the CHR project-based delivery model
Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested
Preferred:
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Friendly and articulate phone demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use own judgement and make decisions
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
Ability to work in fast-paced, professional environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
