How to Complete a Trailer Inspection

Step 1: Scan the trailer QR code

Find the QR code sticker on the trailer and scan it with your mobile device.

Step 2: Allow location services

If prompted, allow location access so the inspection can be submitted with the required details. If location services aren't working as expected, visit the troubleshooting guide for more help.

Step 3: Enter all information

Enter your valid MC or DOT number, Shipment ID, and all required fields.

Step 4: Rate your trailer condition

Follow the prompts to rate your trailer condition and add the required trailer photos.

Step 5: Sign and submit

Review the information, sign the inspection, and submit the report.

If you receive an error and cannot submit the form, take a screenshot of the issue and contact your C.H. Robinson representative.
