Marketing Manager - Commercial Programs

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team. This is an individual contributor role where you will play a key role in executing and managing daytoday marketing initiatives that support business priorities, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 

 

In this role, you will partner closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to plan and deliver marketing campaigns, develop content, manage projects end to end, and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement. This position requires someone who is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with handson execution and operating with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to commercial and business priorities 

  • Develop and refine marketing content, including email, presentations, web content, and customer communications 

  • Perform endtoend project management, including drafting briefs, defining scope, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring highquality execution 

  • Partner closely with business and commercial stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into effective marketing solutions 

  • Collaborate with cross functional groups including design, web, PR, social media, and internal communications to bring projects and campaigns to life

  • Track and report on campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings to inform future initiatives 

  • Balance both strategic initiatives and tactical execution, including recurring and timesensitive deliverables 

  • Support website updates and content publishing (training provided), ensuring accuracy and consistency 

  • Contribute to process improvements and ways of working within the marketing team 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Required: 

  • 2–5 years of professional marketing experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 

  • Strong written communication skills in English 

 

Preferred: 

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fastpaced, matrixed environment 

  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail

  • B2B marketing experience 

  • Experience supporting commercial or customerfacing teams 

  • Familiarity with digital and campaign marketing tools (e.g., marketing automation or CMS platforms) 

  • Experience working with global or crossregional stakeholders 

  • Additional language skills are a plus but not required

Compensation Range

$58,000.00 - $91,800.00

The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.  Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
