Atlantic Track: Overcoming inconsistency with C.H. Robinson

I’m PJ Schuler. I’m the chief operating officer at Atlantic Track. Atlantic Track is known for manufacturing highly complex products for the railroad as well as crane-rail systems throughout the world.

Prior to working with C.H. Robinson our plant facilities operated separately and inconsistently. Oftentimes our customers are contractors that are either on a jobsite or gearing up to be on a jobsite. They’re mobilising crews of people and equipment. The product we’re delivery needs to be there on time.

With C.H. Robinson, we know our success is their priority. They make freight delivering simple, reliable and customised. Through the strategic partnership we’ve optimised our transportation mix, simplified accounts payable and gained insights to make smarter, more efficient decisions every step of the way.

C.H. Robinson does understand small business. They understand that it’s relationship driven. There’s multiple hats being worn by multiple people. We want to be able to pick up the phone, get a hold of somebody, talk it through, and get the job done.
