DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and implement tailored marketing plans and campaigns for the logistics industry
Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, email marketing, blogs, press releases, and commercial utilization
Be carrier-centric, learning and leveraging voice of the carrier to drive relevant marketing messaging and content
Perform end-to-end project management, including drafting briefs, defining scopes, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution
Track and report on marketing performance, providing insights on project status, completion, and ROI to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, using these findings to shape and optimize marketing tactics
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, high-quality execution and execute marketing initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Travel up to 10% domestically
Preferred:
Experience in start-up or Agency
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and Financial SaaS products
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Strong analytical skills with data-driven marketing experience
Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices
Ability to motivate and encourage change, achieving positive results in a large, dispersed organization

Compensation Range
$58,000.00 - $91,800.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
