Our principles

We champion values of diversity, equity, and inclusion for all. Our actions, both internally and externally, promote a more inclusive culture.

Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are company-supported, employee-led groups that focus on historically underrepresented dimensions of diversity in business. We have also created resources for those interested in starting additional groups or chapters. Current ERGs include B.L.A.C.K, LatinX, Pride, Women, and Reconciliation.

External Pledges

C.H. Robinson is a proud signee of external pledges that help reinforce our values and commitments to diversity and inclusion. Included in these pledges are The CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, The Parity Pledge for women and people of color, and the Australian Reconciliation Action Plan. These public commitments support our values and efforts to hold ourselves accountable to ensuring our work is actionable and measurable.
