U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is hosting free webinar sessions to educate the community on how to report suspected trade violations and submit Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) allegations using the Trade Violations Reporting (TVR) tool.

Beginning October 1, 2026, CBP will adjust certain customs user fees and corresponding limitations as part of the annual Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) adjustment. These changes include adjustments to the Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) limitations and other customs user fees. The Harbor Maintenance Fee (HMF) is not affected.

CBP announced that the next quarterly Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
