California Residents – California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) requires that we provide transparency about personal information we “sell,” which broadly means scenarios in which C.H. Robinson has shared personal information with third parties in exchange for valuable consideration. C.H. Robinson does not sell personal information; however, we allow California residents to opt out of future sales of their personal information by submitting a Do Not Sell My Personal Information request via the below form.

If you would like to use an authorized agent to exercise your rights, we may request evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Your request will be processed based on the information you provide to us.
