C.H. Robinson is looking for a Pricing Specialist in Madrid to play a key role in managing all pricing requests/quotations.

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist for our project team to support the commercial team. You will be responsible for preparing and following up on price quotations for multi modal transport requests (air, sea, road, and rail). Additionally, you will work closely with various internal and international teams to ensure excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The tasks and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Negotiating purchase prices
• Identifying market opportunities and risks and adjusting pricing strategies based on competitive analysis
• Maintaining close relationships with suppliers
• Demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus
• At least 2 years of experience as a freight forwarder/pricing specialist in logistics
• A higher education degree or equivalent experience
• Precision and attention to detail
• Motivation and openness to challenges
• Proficiency in Excel and One Note
• Resilience under pressure
• Strong analytical skills
