C.H. Robinson is currently seeking an Associate Load Planner to join our LTL Consolidation team in Eden Prairie. In this role, you will ensure order integrity, assist in the successful execution of load plans, develop relationships with regional warehouse partners and identify opportunities to improve day-to-day operations. You will utilize your modal & product knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills to exceed customer service expectations and ensure quality and efficiency within the load planning process. This role will leverage task prioritization, team building qualities and automation initiatives, serving as a gateway into the load planning job family.

Exception Management & Execution:
Prepares and organizes shipping document process with warehouse partners
Ensures proper order integrity and facilitates with key network stakeholders
Assists in Navisphere order management and certify the success of consolidated load plans
Manages warehouse discrepancy reporting, support warehouse appointment processes, and drive warehouse financial automation
Collaborates with internal execution teams to provide best-in-class resolution management
Operational Excellence:
Leverages C.H. Robinson’s global technology platform, Navisphere, to generate reports, leverage optimizer and load build profile automation, analyze order/load data and support with load planning success
Builds relationships by delivering quality execution aligned with customer and supplier expectations
Collaborates with internal partners within the operations, warehouse, capacity, commercial and regional planning teams to orient customer needs and drive real-time solutions
Continuous Improvement:
Identifies and leverages system automation and how technical knowledge can be integrated into daily execution
Partners with internal and external teams to ensure optimal execution by implementing SOPs, best-in-class processes, and mutually agreed upon KPI’s
Identifies opportunities in day-to-day operational tasks to improve efficiency
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or business specific requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Passionate in understanding how daily decisions drive overall growth and profitability
Works well in team-oriented and remote environments
Ability to communicate professionally both written and verbally
High comfort level with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Programs
Display attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Driven, enthusiastic, resilient, agile, and highly motivated
Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency
