POSITION SUMMARY
The Carrier Financial Support Representative provides the highest level of service and serves as a point of contact to the C.H. Robinson carrier community. The role performs detailed process driven activities that support the payment methods of our direct suppliers, payment holds and other payment related tasks including processes that prevent fraudulent activities. They will answer questions and resolve issues related to financial questions for both external direct suppliers as well as internal users.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process financial documents
Process AP hold requests & cross deductions from carrier payables
Handle questions and resolve calls from the CH Robinson network and carrier community
Manage returned payments
Follow detailed processes
Provide process improvement ideas and work closely with team members
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a financial support role and/or roles
Preferred:
Previous customer service experience
C.H. Robinson Carrier Services experience
Quick learner who is successful at multi-tasking
Possesses strong detail orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Enthusiastic, curious and self-motivated
Possess high level of customer service skills
Possess strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to understand and follow multiple operational procedures and rule sets
Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization

Compensation Range
$15.19 - $29.52The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
