How Carriers Can Resolve Tracking Status Alerts

How to resolve loads that aren’t tracking in the Navisphere Carrier App:

  1. When a load isn't set up to track, you will see an alert on individual loads within the My Loads section. To fix the issue, click the “resolve” button.

  2. Next, you will be shown what needs to be updated for tracking to begin. It could ask you to enter a phone number, tractor number, trailer number, or reconnect your ELD.

  3. Once the issues is resolved, you will see a green message that says “Ready to track”. If you don’t see that message, go back and review again to see if you missed a step or typed something incorrectly.

 

How to resolve loads that aren’t tracking in the Navisphere Carrier Web experience:
