Hurricane and other natural disasters - advisory

Current as of September 22, 2020

In the wake of Hurricane Sally and the anticipation of Hurricane Beta, the southeastern United States is being monitored closely. However, there are no significant disruptions at this time.

Devastating wildfires continue to burn across the western United States. To date, most fires are in forested areas, away from major metropolitan and commercial areas. Air quality remains a concern as hazy skies and smoke is visible throughout much of the region, however, no highway or intermodal disruptions have taken place at this time.
