Matt Castle is responsible for driving growth and creating a seamless experience for customers and carriers across global services, including air, ocean, and inland services. Since joining C.H. Robinson in 1996, Matt has held various leadership roles across the company, most recently as vice president of air freight services. Matt received his degree in Aviation Administration and Management from the University of North Dakota.

Kevin is a licensed U.S. customs broker and has been at the forefront of the supply chain security movement. He has helped hundreds of importers obtain CTPAT certification and validation. His expertise includes assessing supply chain risk, conducting facility and business partner audits, developing internal controls, and conducting training for both regulatory compliance and supply chain security.

Coline Gracia joined C.H. Robinson in 2016, with prior experience in Australia, Taiwan, and France. In her current role, Coline focuses on ensuring the integrity of ocean services at C.H. A native of France, she holds a master’s degree in international negotiations from the Aix-Marseille University, France.
