Quick Pay: Get paid within two business days
Use Quick Pay and get paid within two business days of all appropriate paperwork being received. Offered at a competitive rate based on the gross amount owed at the time of payment, your payment percentage can change based on your status within the Carrier Advantag Program.
Factors: Choose from our approved list
Work with banks, factoring companies, and other financial organizations to receive credit facilities, a factoring agent, or other financial services. We offer an approved list of factors to choose from when hauling for C.H. Robinson, but do not support, sponsor, or endorse any factor or group of factors.

Q: How do I request a cash advance?
Carriers can request a cash advance directly in Navisphere Carrier—on the web or in the app. From “My Loads”, select a picked-up load, then choose “Available for Cash Advance”. From there, specify how you want to get the advance and the amount you want. Once you review and hit continue, the main contact on your account will get an email with a 6-digit authentication code. You must have accounts receivable access to request the advance.
Q: Which loads are eligible for a cash advance?
Cash advances are available on all picked up C.H. Robinson loads that are hauled in the United States and Canada and paid in U.S. dollars. Carriers can request an advance after hauling their first load with C.H. Robinson.
Q: Are there any fees to pay with a cash advance?
All cash advances are subject to a 3% fee or $15 fee—whichever is greater—on every load.
Q: Can I request a cash advance if I use Quick Pay or factoring?
Yes! Cash advances are available on all C.H. Robinson loads, regardless of whether you are paid via standard pay, Quick Pay, or factoring.
Q: Which loads are eligible for Quick Pay?
All C.H. Robinson loads hauled in the United States and Canada are eligible for Quick Pay.
Q: Are there any fees to pay with Quick Pay?
As part of the Carrier Advantage Program, Quick Pay is offered to Key carriers for a 1.5% fee and Core carriers for a 1.75% fee. All other carriers pay a 2% fee.
Q: Is Quick Pay available to everyone?
Quick Pay is available to all carriers in the United States and Canada.
