Responsibilities:

  Monitor special projects with risk control.
  4.    负责处理日常的询价、报价、RFQ工作
  Responsible for handling daily inquiries, quotations, and RFQ work
  5.    制定及完善空运部日常操作流程, 提高工作效率
  Develop and improve the daily operation process of the air transportation department to improve work efficiency.
  6.    合理分配及调整部门内部员工的工作量, 使其良性发展
  Reasonably allocate and adjust the workload of internal department employees to promote their healthy development.
  7.    和GATEWAY部门保持紧密的合作和沟通，适时充分的了解空运市场动态, 及时有效的安排货物出运，并保持公司的利润***化
  Maintain close cooperation and communication with the GATEWAY department, timely and fully understand the dynamics of the air freight market, arrange cargo shipments in a timely and effective manner, and maximize the company's profits.
  8.    协助公司其他部门完成各类项目的开发、执行等工作
  Assist other departments of the company in completing the development, execution, and other tasks of various projects.
  9.    及时有效参与各类会议，接洽和陪同各类拜访，包括客户或其他分站同事等
  Timely and effectively participate in various meetings, negotiate and accompany various visits, including clients or other branch colleagues.
  10.    及时有效的完成上级领导布置的各项工作及目标
  Timely and effectively complete various tasks and goals assigned by superiors.

Required Qualifications:

• 1.    大专或以上学历 
  College degree or above
  2.    国际贸易、国际航运，货运代理等相关专业
  Major in International Trade, International shipping, Freight forwarding
  3.    5年以上操作经理经验或10年以上操作主管经验，掌握空运出口全航线操作流程及要点，有航空公司、同行等市场资源，有车队、仓库、报关行等供应商资源，团队管理能力强
  with over 5 years of experience as an operation manager or over 10 years of experience as an operation supervisor. Familiar the operation process and key points of the entire air export route, with market resources such as airlines and peers, as well as supplier resources such as truck, warehouses, customs brokers, etc. Strong team management ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1.    空运出口相关专业知识并熟知操作流程
  Professional knowledge related to air freight exports and familiarity with operating procedures.
  2.    CET-6, 良好的英语听说读写能力 
  Good English in reading and writing, CET-6 or above is preferred.
  3.    具有培训和胜任空运单证,操作及客服的管理工作
  Possess training and capable of managing air freight documents, operations, and customer service.
  4.    熟练掌握办公自动化,熟悉计算机应用
  Familiar with office automation and computer applications.
  5.    具有独立的、专业的、积极的工作态度, 有洞察力，具有良好的解决问题的能力
  Independent, professional, and active working attitude, insightful with good problem-solving skills.
  6.    具有良好的沟通协调技巧和处理问题的能力
  Possess good communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to handle problems.
  7.    具有主动性，强烈的责任心和团队合作精神
  Possess initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
