Mike Neill, named chief technology officer in 2018, leads the C.H. Robinson’s Information Technology team which enables the company to execute efficiently and deliver value to customers and service providers. Since joining C.H. Robinson in 2002, Mike has played an integral role in technology developments such as the company’s exclusive Navisphere platform – a powerful ecosystem that brings together all aspects of a customer’s supply chain through visibility to operations which allows optimization of processes, access to strategic data and reports, and better technical connectivity to customers and service providers. Mike is responsible for accelerating the pace of innovation at C.H. Robinson to help employees, customers and service providers work better, smarter and faster in this digital era. Mike, his wife, three children and dog live in Plymouth, Minn. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially watching his kids play sports, and boating, fishing and golfing.

Chris O’Brien, chief commercial officer since 2015, has more than 20 years of experience with C.H. Robinson. In his time with the company, Chris has guided the organization through an evolution in its customer solutions approach, an important initiative reflecting the change in how global shippers manage their supply chains. As the ultimate champion for customers, Chris drives new thinking and innovation with the goal of continuously improving and driving change in supply chains around the world. In his role, Chris motivates and empowers employees across the organization to stay focused on customers and their needs in supply chain and logistics. Previously, Chris served as senior vice president, president of the company’s European division and manager of Raleigh, NC. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. Chris serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Minnesota’s Landscape Arboretum. Outside of C.H. Robinson, Chris enjoys mountain biking, playing platform tennis, American art, and architecture.
