Our methodology is executed in four stages: Investigate, Innovate, Integrate, and Improve.

Throughout the INVESTIGATE stage the Consulting Team verifies the focus of the project. We conduct due diligence to learn the unique processes and best practices of the client, and define critical success metrics. We also facilitate discussion around existing challenges to identify root causes. This stage aligns TMC processes with the client’s goals to ensure a common starting point.

During the INNOVATE stage, the Consulting Team designs best-in-class processes by applying their experience and best practices to information gathered throughout Investigate. This new model is confirmed with the client organization for thoroughness and executability. The result of this stage is a blueprint for building the Ideal State tailored specifically to the client.

The INTEGRATE stage initiates development of the systems and tools to implement the Ideal State. Our system is configured and populated with all necessary data to successfully execute the client’s goals. Rating strategies are instituted consistent with the client’s objectives. An interface is established so that all required data trade successfully between TMC and the client. Training of client and carrier personnel occurs, and reports are developed based on the metrics defined. A tollgate is conducted to obtain consent of the key stakeholders, and the project is launched.

The IMPROVE stage is a series of events incorporating continuous measurement and review. Conversion to the Ideal State is monitored for prompt issue identification and resolution. Success of the implementation is gauged, and plans are confirmed for remaining project tasks. Responsibility for the live project transfers from the Consulting Team to the Account Team, who begins applying the Account Management methodology.
