Aluminum Extrusions AD/CVD Update

On March 11, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) issued preliminary determinations on countervailing subsidies provided to producers and exporters of aluminum extrusions from the Republic of Turkey, China, Mexico, and Indonesia. Commerce instructed U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation and collect the CVD duties effective March 11, 2024, as well.  Links to the impacted countries with the countervailing duty rates and scope of the order can be found below.
