contract carrier named Meat Packers Express
in Omaha, NE.

The FTC files a complaint against Robinson, citing
concerns over its relationship with Nash Finch.
Robinson responds by selling stock to both
CHR employees and Nash Finch.
1923
Mutual Brokers is founded, giving CHR and Nash
Finch a presence in Canada.
1919
C. H. Robinson Company and the Nash Brothers move their headquarters to Minneapolis.
1913
The Nash Brothers gain full control over C. H. Robinson Company by purchasing
Ida Robinson's stock.
1909
Charles Robinson dies at the age of 52, leaving
25 shares of company stock (worth $500) to
his widow, Ida.
1905
Charles Robinson partners with the Nash Brothers,
and C. H. Robinson Company is incorporated
