C.H. Robinson is full of go-getters with warm hearts.
We have fun together on a regular and frequent basis, especially to support a great cause. Here are some of our recent community events:

 Team Robinson started participating in the Multiple Sclerosis Society’s 150 (MS 150) bike ride with a group of 12 employees six years ago and it is now one of our employees' favorite events. In the last 6 years, over 550 riders have participated, raising over $288,000.
- The C.H. Robinson Foundation donated one million dollars to help Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota build the largest, most comprehensive pediatric infusion program in the Upper Midwest. The gift helped fund the "C.H. Robinson Infusion Center," where children undergoing treatments for cancer and other illnesses can receive infusion services in a new, state-of-the-art outpatient facility.
- Robinson Cares Week is a week-long fundraiser put on by a committee of employees that supports the following organizations: Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless, Community Health Charities, United Way, Global Impact, and MN Environmental Fund. In the last nine years, we have raised over a million dollars through fundraising activities like the White Castle Slider eating contest, Coin Wars, and Silent Auction.
- 2009 marked our 9th year as a corporate sponsor for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Walk (JDRF) for the Cure. C.H. Robinson has been JDRF's largest team for two of those years and in 2009, over 360 employees and their families and friends participated, raising over $60,000.
- C.H. Robinson's "Highway Helpers" in Eden Prairie, MN, have committed to keeping the two-mile stretch of highway that runs in front of the C.H. Robinson corporate headquarters clean. The team picks up litter four times a year, and over 45 people volunteer each time.
All of us at C.H. Robinson take our corporate citizenship seriously and support the communities in which we live. In May 2009, C.H. Robinson was the "Jefferson Award" winner for outstanding corporate volunteerism in Minneapolis, MN selected by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal.
