Getting Started
New employees are welcomed to C.H. Robinson in a number of ways. In an effort to quickly engage new team members, we have structured a month by month onboarding process. Some of the activities in the onboarding process may include:

  • Pairing with a branch coach or mentor and working through new employee learnings outlining introductory items and activities
  • Online and/or classroom training
  • Job shadowing
  • Feedback on employee performance during the onboarding process
  • Collaborating with management to create professional and personal goals
  • Performance targets and milestones to help track your progress

We offer numerous resources through our internal website that includes assessments, tools and information for personal development. These resources not only educate employees on the positions that are available but also on how to achieve their career goals. Continuous Learning & Development
Based on individual development needs, formal and informal learning opportunities are available to our employees.
