Being different is the first step to fitting in.
Come to a place where it’s good to be different. Variety. Contrasting opinions. A smorgasbord of backgrounds. We embrace it all. Visit any of our offices around the world and you’ll discover a blend of ages, genders, races, and ethnicity all striving to achieve common goals. Our definition of diversity encompasses appearance, culture, life experiences, job knowledge, creative thinking, and individual personalities. What will you contribute?
We are commited to diversity.
Our recruiters attend minority job fairs.
Since we’re always exploring new opportunities to meet the brightest and the best job candidates, our recruiters include stops at minority job fairs on their recruiting tours. Our belief is that a healthy combination of different experiences and backgrounds will create a well-rounded workplace and give us a strong position in the global economy. View our Recruiting Calendar to see where our recruiters will be in the future.
We participate in diversity events that educate and celebrate.
Below are examples of community diversity initiatives that C.H. Robinson has participated in:
Circle of Women® Events
For the past few years, C.H. Robinson has been a proud corporate table sponsor for the YWCA Circle of Women® events in Minneapolis. Circle of Women® is the YWCA’s largest fundraising event and attracts over 1,000 executives, professionals, business owners, community leaders, and media representatives. The event is an inspirational way for the community to support the YWCA’s programs, which are designed to empower women and girls in positive ways.
It’s Time To Talk: Forums On Race
C.H. Robinson has been a corporate table sponsor for the It’s Time To Talk: Forums On Race luncheon. This YWCA event creates diversity awareness in the community by combining a keynote speaker with facilitated table dialogue to focus on issues of race. Trained facilitators at different tables ask questions designed to motivate people to share their experiences and find common ground in spite of differences.
“Circle of Women” is a registered trademark of Young Women’s Christian Association of Greater Milwaukee.
